Terms & Conditions


Deposits: A Deposit  of £50.00 per room is required at time of booking. 

Reservations will be held up to 6.00pm on the day of arrival unless by prior request and acceptance.

It is our policy to return deposits in full if cancellation is received at least 14 days before arrival. 

If a cancellation is received less than 14 days before arrival for any reason the full price of the booking will be charged.


We do not have any family or adjoining rooms < however we do have some rooms that can accommodate an extra put up bed. The charge is £25.00 per night (inclusive of breakfast). 


A charge of £5.00 per dog, per night is applicable.

We only have two rooms suitable for our canine friends so you MUST check with us DIRECT at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Special Diets:

All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten & other allergens are present & our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients. If there is anything you are unable to eat please inform us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We will be pleased to cater for special diets and would much appreciate advance notice.

The terms of this tariff are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Prices include vat at the standard rate. Any tips you are kind enough to give are kept by our team.

General information

The management reserve the right to make any changes to menus and or terms and conditions  as needed.

We also reserve the right to change the decor of any rooms or general areas shown in the photos as we required. We endever to show correct photos and information. By using our services you agree to all terms.
