We have a selection of 8 guest rooms including twins, kings, doubles and a single. All our rooms are en-suite and furnished to an extremely high standard. Every room has a TV/DVD player, Free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities & a hair dryer.


Every room is dog friendly, as is the rest of the hotel, excluding the private green room for fine dining in the evening.


The idea behind the new and improved Rock House was to give every single room an identity. You might find yourself overlooking the harbour of Lynmouth, the river that joins the sea, Countisbury Hill or the large forest behind the hotel. Each room and its view will therefore have its own originalities, and will surprise you upon entry.

Our entry level rooms have a beautiful river view! All feature double beds, but can also be booked for single occupancy. Fine rooms at great prices. All of these rooms have a shower.

SUPERIOR

ROOM

Wonderful aspects make these rooms perfect for a special occasion. Each of these rooms is delightfully unique and full of charm. We can also offer twin occupancy sea view rooms. All of these rooms have showers.

SINGLE

ROOM

Perfect for single occupancy, our single room is available for a great price and has a beautiful sea view. The bathroom includes a shower.

STANDARD ROOM

Our entry level rooms are standard in name only. All feature double beds, but can also be booked for single occupancy. Fine rooms at great prices. All of these rooms have either a shower, or bath with shower attachment.

SEAVIEW

ROOM

SHELLEY’S COTTAGE

Reputed to be the cottage where poet Percy Bysshe Shelley honeymooned with his bride, this carefully renovated property offers a delightfully romantic suite for two. Features include a double bedroom, sitting room, private garden and quite spectacular views. The perfect way to treat someone special.
